What is Cotswold MenoFit?
Cotswold MenoFit offers a specialised pelvic health & strength training course designed specifically for people who need to rehabilitate and rebuild and for those pre to post menopause.
Who are MenoFit classes for?
⭐️Pre or post menopausal
⭐️ People wishing to focus on strength training for longevity and anti fragility. ⭐️People wishing to focus on pelvic floor and core.
⭐️ Symptomatic eg:- Dragging, heaviness, stress incontinence, prolapse.
What are the benefits of this strength and fitness training?
This course helps you prepare for the natural changes that come with life after 35, such as reduced oestrogen, loss of muscle mass, and increased risk of osteoporosis and bone fragility.
We also address the impact of peri-menopause and beyond, including pelvic floor weakness. Through targeted exercises, you’ll learn how to strengthen and protect your pelvic floor, ease any symptoms, and build resilience. Our aim is to keep you exercising with confidence, jumping, running, or simply enjoying everyday life, while giving you the tools for a stronger, healthier, and symptom free future.
In a nutshell, this course will focus on:

⭐️ Boosting confidence and freedom

How does the course work?
The course is run over 8 weeks and is booked in 8 week blocks.
⭐️ Your first 8 week block will cost £135.
⭐️Subsequent 8 weeks blocks will cost £90.
At check out there will be a £25 deposit offer to secure your place. You will then be required to pay the remaining balance of £110 a week before your class starts.
