What are the benefits of Postpartum Return to Fitness Classes?
⭐ These classes are suitable from birth to 12 weeks postnatal.
⭐ A clear focus on rehabilitating the core, diaphragmatic breathing, pelvic floor, and glute strength.
⭐ We are building on the foundations so that we reduce the chance of incontinence, prolapse and diastasis recti / or to help reduce these already occurring symptoms.
⭐ Ensuring more vigorous exercise later on is safe and enjoyable.

How does the course work?
The course is run over 6 weeks and is booked in 6 week blocks. We recommend you book for the full 6 weeks to get the most benefit from your sessions, but you may join at any time.
The cost of this course for a 6 week block is £88. At check out there will be a £25 deposit to secure your place. You will then be required to pay the remaining balance of £63 a week before your class starts. There is also an option to pay in full at checkout.
