Postnatal BirthFit Classes

What are the benefits of doing postnatal strength and fitness classes?

⭐️ These classes are suitable from 6 weeks to 9 months postnatal.

 

⭐️  Improved physical recovery with expert postnatal knowledge:

 

We are building on the foundations so that we reduce the chance of incontinence, prolapse and diastasis recti - ensuring more vigorous exercise later on is safe and enjoyable.

⭐️Pelvic floor and core:

We provide a clear focus on rehabilitating the core, diaphragmatic breathing, pelvic floor, and glute strength to build back your physical strength following birth. 

⭐️ Increase energy levels and improve self confidence!

Your body and brain goes through immense changes following birth. Our classes help to increase your physical energy levels and boost your self confidence through exercise that is tailored to your personal recovery. 

⭐️ A sense of community and connection to others - Bring your baby!

 

Our classes are inclusive and everyone is welcome - even your baby! Our fitness and strength classes promote a fun and welcoming atmosphere for you to connect with others in the same boat.

How does the course work?

The course is run over 8 weeks and is booked in 8 week blocks. We recommend you book for the full 8 weeks to get the most benefit from your sessions, but you may join at any time. 

The cost of this course for an 8 week block is £88. At check out there will be a £25 deposit to secure your place. You will then be required to pay the remaining balance of £63 a week before your class starts. There is also an option to pay in full at checkout.
