"I attended my first ‘Women’s Only Fitness Class’ tonight at gym 66 and loved it! Holly is so knowledgeable and really helped me to push myself. Loved the circuit style class as well as meant there was lots of variety. We focused on core, glutes and pelvic floor this week, with a mixture of weight training and cardio. So friendly and inviting, would highly recommend."
