It's a super relaxed environment that is great to meet other mums. Oli even helps out with the babies if needed to allow you to workout!"

The Benefits
These classes are suitable from birth to 12 weeks postnatal.
A clear focus on rehabilitating the core, diaphragmatic breathing, pelvic floor, and glute strength.
We are building on the foundations so that we reduce the chance of incontinence, prolapse and diastasis recti / or to help reduce these already occurring symptoms.
Ensuring more vigorous exercise later on is safe and enjoyable.
Increase energy levels and improve self confidence!
