Suitable from 4 weeks after birth to 12 months postnatal. Begin your postnatal journey with our six-week course focusing on a gradual return to fitness. We would highly recommend our ´Return to Fitness’ programme for any complex births or pelvic floor issues prior to starting postnatal classes, however this class is suitable for all and can be scaled and tailored to everyone individual needs. Conducted by a qualified midwife, these sessions aim to restore your fitness and well-being postpartum, with exercises tailored for new mothers. Join today!
