Service Description

Pregnancy strength and fitness classes available to anyone from 12 weeks of pregnancy - Ran by passionate, specialist midwives. Why should I sign up to this course? All classes will be tailored to individual stages of pregnancy and scaled to suit different pregnancy needs. You will fill out a health questionnaire prior to your classes, so Oli can tailor your exercises to you. Research shows that being active throughout pregnancy has profound health benefits for you and your baby, and can even positively impact labour and birth! As well as physical fitness, these classes allow you to meet women in the same boat, and build a community based around strength and empowerment. How are classes ran? - The classes run in blocks of 8 weeks, however you can start at any time, (4 weeks if you are 36 weeks!). - We recommend you book in an 8 week block *PLEASE NOTE* We recommend you book at the start of a block, but you would would like to book halfway through a block, please email midwife Oli at cotswoldbirthfit@gmail.com
