Service Description
This 6 week course is available from birth- 12 weeks postnatal, depending on your individual needs but please do not feel you must rush. This course is designed to aid postnatal recovery, reduce diastasis recti, reduce risk of prolapse and postnatal incontinence. A strong pelvic floor and core focus, this slow and steady recovery programme will support you in returning to exercise in a safe and controlled way.
