Meet Oli,
Founder of Cotswold BirthFit
I’m Oli, a midwife and women / birthing peoples health advocate with a lifelong love of movement and exercise. I founded Cotswold BirthFit and Cotswold MenoFit to support people through every stage of life. From pregnancy and postnatal recovery to menopause and beyond.
Blending my midwifery background with fitness, yoga, and pelvic health training, I create safe, supportive spaces where women can build strength, confidence, and connection.
My goal is to help you move well, feel empowered, and enjoy the lifelong benefits of a healthy, active body.

Meet Holly,
Health and Fitness Coach
I'm Holly a women's health and fitness coach passionate about helping women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident through every stage of life. I began coaching five years ago and quickly discovered my purpose; empowering women to understand and work with their bodies. I'm a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, Pre and Postnatal Exercise Specialist, Menopause Movement Trainer, and Level 2 CrossFit Coach - currently expanding my knowledge even further by studying for a Master's in Nutritional Therapy.
My approach combines evidenced based training, mindful movement and practical nutrition to support women in pregnancy to menopause and beyond. Whether it's rebuilding strength after birth, navigating hormonal changes, or simply feeling good in your own skin, I'm here to guide you with compassion, knowledge, and a bit of tough love when needed!
